ROOM 3308 GREAT ROOM. BATHROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL. HEATED TOILET AND FLOORS A PLUS. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

Jimmys restaurant was fantastic! Staff was friendly. Our room was very nice with a good view of the lake. They gave us champagne & chocolates to celebrate our anniversary. That was a nice surprise!

The entire stay was excellent. Star was professional, helpful and friendly. The restaurant has great food, higher on the price end, but the experience is very exceptional. Beautiful comfortable rooms and the heated floor and toilet seat makes it even better. Definitely will return

Excellent hotel with great staff and amazing food. It overlooks lake tahoe so you can literally wake up a d have coffee on the balcony with a splendid view of the lake. The staff is very friendly and they allow dogs which is the biggest plus for us. I can't say enough about the excellent food at Jimmys restaurant.. the entire experience is worth it.

Location is great, room is great (the jet tub - most excellent and the rain shower), the balcony was wonderful with the view of the lake! The staff were all so friendly! Loved Jimmy's restaurant.

The staff members, from the welcoming faces at the front desk to the attentive restaurant servers and the knowledgeable van driver, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to provide valuable information and assistance throughout our stay, enhancing our overall experience with their warmth and helpfulness. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully cozy, and offered a stunning view of the mountains and water from our balcony. The fireplace added a delightful touch, and the luxurious bathroom shower and jet tub were a wonderful bonus. I would absolutely choose to stay here again!

The location was perfect and accessible. The shuttle was available as needed and so convenient. The staff was energetic and welcoming. The room had a beautiful lake view and the jetted bathtub was so relaxing.

The room details were good. Robe, comfortable, great bathroom. The room looked like it was on the lake in pictures and its expensive but there is a public street in front and a gated beach. There was loud construction that kind of ruined our stay and made sitting on the balcony unpleasant.
